2. Service Description

Call Coverage provides tools that give businesses visibility into missed phone calls.

Call Coverage does not:

  • Answer calls
  • Return calls
  • Speak with customers
  • Book jobs
  • Qualify leads
  • Sell on your behalf
  • Guarantee outcomes or results

The service exists solely to notify you when calls are missed so you may decide how and when to follow up.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Call Coverage is offered as a monthly subscription, billed in advance.

  • Pricing and features vary by plan
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • No long-term contracts or minimum commitments apply

Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for previously billed periods.

4. Optional Add-On Services (Chatbot)

Call Coverage may offer optional add-ons, including a website chatbot.

The chatbot may:

  • Share basic business information
  • Capture contact details from website visitors
  • Set expectations for follow-up

The chatbot does not:

  • Act as live chat
  • Answer phones
  • Book jobs
  • Diagnose issues
  • Provide guarantees
  • Sell services

Chatbot functionality may be paused or disabled at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate setup information
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws related to customer communications
  • Determining how and when to follow up with missed calls or inquiries

Call Coverage is not responsible for missed opportunities, lost revenue, or business outcomes.

6. No Guarantees

Call Coverage makes no guarantees regarding increased revenue, lead volume, booking rates, or customer response. Results depend entirely on how you choose to act on the information provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Coverage and SAskew Marketing LLC are not liable for lost profits, lost business, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for abuse, misuse, violation of these terms, or legal/regulatory requirements.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
